What is the role?
Working across the Goanna Group companies, this position will provide critical support and administration tasks to the CEO, and to the Education Team. The candidate will play a critical role in the daily operation of the company, and provide critical support and assistance to the Education Team, students and potential students.
The type of work activities will include:
Responding to phone and online enquiries for our HR, consultancy and training services;
Triaging and referring enquiries to the relevant team members;
Providing critical administrative support to the teams across the Goanna Group;
Resource management assistance for courses;
Providing support to students in the pre-screening phase, during the course and post-course; and
Assisting with exciting events including our graduations.
This position is viewed as having the potential to grow someone into other roles within the company in any of the service pillars of our companies. It would suit someone wanting to return to work, or wanting to enter the tech sector in a supportive company, with the view to developing skills further.
