IT Support Technician (Level 2)
What is the role?
We are looking for experienced IT professionals to assist with IT hardware and software maintenance and provide ongoing IT support. Ongoing support will consist primarily level 2 IT support to a variety of stakeholders.

Sydney and Melbourne (On-site)
What are we looking for?
Requirements · Minimum of 1-year experience in IT Field Support role. · Experience with Active Directory · Demonstrated experience in hardware installation and support. · Strong verbal and written communication skills. · Ability to interact professionally with a variety of stakeholders, both in-person and over the phone. · Your own transport and driver’s license comes highly regarded.
